As part of our transition from Bowling Green Internal Medicine & Pediatrics, our practice will begin using a best-in-class, secure and confidential electronic medical records system that will allow us to better manage patient care. This transition gives you access to an online patient portal called Norton MyChart. This will replace our previous patient portal.

Thank you for your patience during this transition. We urge you to sign up for Norton MyChart as soon as possible to prevent any appointment delays, and to obtain proxy access if you need to monitor a child or loved one’s Norton MyChart account.

Steps to Sign Up for Norton MyChart

Note that appointment times in reminder texts and in MyChart are in Eastern Time Zone. We are actively working through this issue, but in the meantime, we encourage you double check that appointment times are correct and that you continue to follow your central time zone appointment time.
