Norton eCare’s video visits and eVisits will be available anytime of the day or night during the holidays.
Catching a cold or maybe an evergreen allergy on Christmas Eve? Unsure if it’s a stomach bug or too much indulgence on New Year’s Day?
Norton eCare can help when the doctor’s office may be closed.
A video visit allows you to have a face-to-face secure online visit with a Norton eCare provider. The provider may give you a diagnosis and treatment plan or recommend you see a provider in person.
An eVisit allows you to communicate with a Norton eCare provider via secure messaging. You will fill out a symptom-specific questionnaire and receive a telephone call from a Norton eCare provider.
Norton eCare is not for complex, emergency or urgent situations. If you are experiencing an urgent medical condition, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
You need a MyNortonChart account for Norton eCare. If you do not have a MyNortonChart account, sign up at NortonHealthcare.com/MyChart.
