Norton Healthcare has been ranked No. 6 on the Healthiest 100 Workplaces in America for 2017 by Healthiest Employers, a national leader in employee health analytics, best practices and benchmark data.

The winners are chosen following a process that recognizes employers for exceptional leadership in using wellness to promote workplace productivity and community well-being. Norton Healthcare also won in the category of “Best Use of Data and Technology” for organizations that demonstrate leadership in thoughtful and innovative implementation of data and technology in program design, components, measurement and evaluation.
For the Healthiest 100 list, organizations’ wellness programs were measured using six key categories: Leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis.
