  • For: Illness or injury that doesn’t put your life in danger
  • Features: Open 7 days a week with extended hours. On-site lab and X-ray equipment available as well as specialized pediatric care at select times
  • Appointment: Reserve your spot online or walk in

Norton Prompt Care Clinics

  • For: Well visits, physicals and care for minor injuries and illnesses for patients ages 2 and older
  • Features: Conveniently located in select Walgreens; most insurance and self-pay accepted
  • Appointment: Schedule a same-day appointment

Norton eCare

  • For: Minor illnesses in patients ages 2 and older
  • Features: Virtual urgent care available 24/7 from the comfort of home
  • Appointment: Complete an eVisit questionnaire or schedule a same-day video visit with a provider for patients 2 and older

Emergency Care

  • For: Very serious illness or injury that puts your life in danger
  • Features: 24/7 triage and treatment at six Louisville locations, including two locations just for kids
  • Appointment: Not needed; walk in or call 911
