Job shadowing provides the opportunity to better understand different careers within the health care setting. Job shadowing opportunities are available for clinical and nonclinical job roles. Norton Healthcare’s job shadowing program is a hands-off, observation-only experience.

Medical Assistant Training Program

The Medical Assistant Training Program prepares individuals with little-to-no medical background how to deliver safe, patient-centered care in one of Norton Healthcare’s physician practices. This is a paid training program that is 40 hours per week for approximately eight weeks.
