The Adult Critical Care Respiratory Therapy Residency Program is tailored for early-career respiratory therapists seeking to advance their skills in critical care. Eligible applicants must:

• Have less than 12 months of experience as a licensed respiratory therapist.
• Hold registered respiratory therapist (RRT) certification and an active respiratory care license in their state of practice.
