Employee Health Expectations
Don’t forget your vaccination records. All employees are required to show written proof of vaccinations from your childhood, school or military service. Download the employee health expectations to see what records are needed. If you don’t have vaccination records, Employee Health can give you a blood test to check your immunity to certain diseases.
