Current Norton Healthcare High School Academy Program and School to Work students, UPS employees and Metropolitan College students are eligible to participate in this program.
Students participate in Norton Healthcare-UPS Health Care Career Tracks through School to Work or the Metropolitan College. Students work for UPS while taking prerequisite courses at Jefferson Community and Technical College or the University of Louisville. When you reach 12 to 18 months before completion of your degree track or program, you will take your professional courses and be invited to explore the following career pathways:
