Job shadowing is a hands-off, observation-only experience. If you are interested in job shadowing at Norton Healthcare, please complete the Job Shadowing Request Form below. To meet eligibility for job shadowing, the following requirements must be met.
- Must be 18 years of age, unless consent obtained from legal guardian via Authorization Form for ages 16 and 17.
- Must be 18 years of age for an Operating Room experience.
- Must review the Job Shadowing Confidentiality Oath/HIPAA and the Hand Hygiene Policy.
- Job shadow request must be approved prior to onsite experience.
