Join Norton Sports Performance and KORT physical therapy for this free virtual clinic to learn about injury prevention and the continuum of care following lower body injury. This clinic is open to all athletes ages 10 and older.

Participants will learn about:

  • Overall performance training for lower body
  • Injury prevention techniques
  • Exercise for the offseason
