Do you have a compliance concern?

Organizational Integrity Department

Norton Healthcare is committed to conducting business and providing health care in accordance with ethical and legal standards. Our organization is dedicated to creating and upholding an ethical organizational culture, promoting honesty and integrity.

The Organizational Integrity Department works to promote a culture that encourages doing the right thing and speaking up when unethical, illegal or unsafe activity is known or suspected.

In keeping with our high ethical standards and to fulfill our mission, vision and values, Norton Healthcare established the System Compliance & Ethics Program in 1998 with approval from the board of trustees. The System Compliance & Ethics Program is designed to:

  1. Help reduce any accidental or intentional violations of law.
  2. Promote an ethical culture.
  3. Ensure processes are in place to prevent, detect and respond to violations when they occur.
  4. Advise and educate the workforce on compliance program measures.

At Norton Healthcare, we encourage our staff, providers, contractors, vendors, patients and visitors to report concerns they may have about suspected misconduct. If you, in good faith, believe something is illegal, unethical or abusive, we encourage you to report it through our anonymous, 24/7 Integrity Line at (866) 264-4567, through our 24/7 online form at MyComplianceReport.com: Compliance and Ethics Reporting, or by using the QR code below.
