Uterine Fibroid Testing | Norton Healthcare Louisville, Ky.

Uterine Fibroid Testing

You probably won’t know you have uterine fibroids unless you have symptoms. The gynecologic specialists at Norton Women’s Care provide a full range of testing and treatment options to diagnosis fibroids and help relieve symptoms.

Fibroids may be found during a routine gynecologic exam. If your doctor suspects you have a fibroid, he or she may order a diagnostic imaging test to confirm, including:

  • Computed tomography (CT) scan
  • Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI)
  • Ultrasound
