Join us for a free heart disease support group each month to share stories and ask questions about heart health. This casual gathering features a monthly topic presented by a guest speaker. Come away with tips and suggestions on how to live a heart-healthy life.
The group is for people who have experienced a heart attack, are living with a heart condition or are at risk for cardiovascular disease.

As part of Connecting Hearts for Support, a unique group, Advocates for Healthy Hearts, gives you a chance to connect with others who are heart disease survivors. Often connecting with someone who has been right where you are can help answer questions.
All advocates are Norton Healthcare volunteers trained to support people with heart disease.
