Heart Disease Support Group | Norton Healthcare Louisville, Ky.

Connecting Hearts Support Group

When it comes to living with heart disease or recovering from a heart condition, support from others who have faced similar challenges can help.

Join us for a free heart disease support group each month to share stories and ask questions about heart health. This casual gathering features a monthly topic presented by a guest speaker. Come away with tips and suggestions on how to live a heart-healthy life.

The group is for men and women who have experienced a heart attack, are living with a heart condition or are at risk for cardiovascular disease.

Monthly Meeting

Connecting Hearts for Support meets on the first Wednesday of each month.

6 to 7:30 p.m.

Marshall Women’s Health & Education Center
Norton Medical Plaza 3 – St. Matthews, Suite 108
4123 Dutchmans Lane
Louisville, Kentucky

The meeting schedule is subject to change. Please check our online calendar.

Advocates for Healthy Hearts

As part of Connecting Hearts for Support, a unique group, Advocates for Healthy Hearts, gives you a chance to connect with others who are heart disease survivors. Often connecting with someone who has been right where you are can help answer questions.

All advocates are Norton Healthcare volunteers trained to support men and women with heart disease.

Connect with an advocate today to receive individual support and resources for recovery.
