Norton Infusion Centers provide patients with easy access to medications without having to spend nights in the hospital. The experienced teams at Norton Infusion Centers are equipped to support patients and ensure a relaxing environment. We provide well-equipped patient rooms complete with:

  • Hospital beds or comfortable recliners
  • Chairs for friends, family members and visitors
  • A comfortable waiting area

Services include:

  • Outpatient chemotherapy treatments in conjunction with the Norton Cancer Institute care team
  • Care for side effects of receiving cancer medications
  • Intravenous infusion therapy for patients with multiple sclerosis, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, memory disorders and more
  • Blood transfusions
  • Assistance with lumbar punctures and bone marrow aspirations
  • Monthly port access
  • Red blood cell exchange, an effective therapy for sickle cell disease in which damaged red cells are removed and replaced with healthy red blood cells

Centers are open Monday through Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.

The Norton Infusion Center at Norton Cancer Institute – Downtown is open Sundays and major holidays on an as-needed basis.

  • The National Association of Epilepsy Centers has recognized Norton Neuroscience Institute Comprehensive Epilepsy Center as a Level 4 center, providing the highest level of medical and surgical evaluation and treatment for patients with complex epilepsy.
  • Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Center navigators help educate patients and their families about new diagnoses, available treatments and ways to manage their disease.
  • Medicare, Medicaid and most major commercial insurance accepted; families with income equal to or less than 350% of the federal poverty level may be eligible for financial assistance.
