The Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Center has devoted a team to work exclusively with patients and families navigating a multiple sclerosis diagnosis, including:
- MS nurse navigator: Works with your treatment team to provide diagnosis and medication education and patient navigation resources to help along your journey.
- Social worker: Helps families on matters including payment assistance for medications and coordination of in-home assistance
- Psychologist: Assists patients and families with common issues faced by those with MS, including anxiety and depression
- Pharmacist: Assists patients with prescription guidance and navigation of testing and other medication requirements
The Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Center and the dedicated MS support staff ensure all patient questions are answered and work with you and your caregivers to coordinate exceptional care.

Prescription Assistance
At Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Center, we work to ensure all patients are educated on their prescription options and have adequate access to their preferred treatment. The MS nurse navigator, social worker, and pharmacist work alongside patients to determine the best course of medication, in addition to offering application assistance for financial aid and insurance coverage options.
