Headache is the most prevalent neurologic disorder worldwide. It’s the second most common cause of years lived with disability. The Norton Neuroscience Institute Headache Center team treats more patients for headache and migraine than any other clinic in the area.
Headache Center specialists not only are dedicated to treating patients experiencing headaches and migraine but are at the forefront in adopting emerging techniques and leading research on new medications. Our board-certified headache medicine physicians and our nurse practitioners are dedicated to bringing the newest migraine treatments to you, including calcitonin gene-related peptide (CGRP) medications and neuromodulation devices.
Physicians who want to specialize in headache and migraine care train at the Headache Center. The center is accredited by the United Council for Neurologic Subspecialties. One candidate per year is chosen to be a headache medicine fellow, learning adult and pediatric headache care from our providers.
