The multiple sclerosis (MS) specialists at Norton Neuroscience Institute include neurologists, behavior specialists, psychiatrists, pharmacists, physical therapists and others, including a nurse navigator to advocate for patients and help guide them through insurance coverage, clinical care, financial support and transportation.
Our board-certified neurologists are fellowship trained in neuroimmunology — a highly specialized field that equips them to care for MS patients. Their extensive training and experience with neurological disorders caused by inflammation or autoimmune response equip them to provide accurate diagnoses and quality treatment for patients with even the most complex conditions.
As a National Multiple Sclerosis Society Center for Comprehensive MS Care, the Norton Neuroscience Institute Hussung Family Multiple Sclerosis Center is equipped to provide a full range of MS treatment expertise. Patients also benefit from the comprehensive, integrated care of Norton Healthcare.
MS can develop in adolescents as young as 15. MS specialists at Norton Children’s Neuroscience Institute, affiliated with the UofL School of Medicine, team with adult MS specialists to provide a lifetime of care.
