An array of medical, nursing, mental health, rehabilitation and social services are available to MS patients managing their disease and symptoms.
Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Centers provide MS patients with social workers and a patient navigator available to help improve access to care, provide valuable information to help patients manage their disease and address their quality of life issues.

At Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Center, we work to ensure all patients are educated on their prescription options and have adequate access to their preferred treatment. The MS nurse navigator, social worker, and pharmacist work alongside patients to determine the best course of medication, in addition to offering application assistance for financial aid and insurance coverage options.
Norton Neuroscience Institute Resource Centers have a team that works exclusively with patients and families to provide support and resources to navigate a multiple sclerosis diagnosis.

Multiple sclerosis can affect your ability to get around. To help you get the care you need at Norton Healthcare facilities, our team will help arrange transportation to and from appointments.
Norton Neurosciences & Spine Rehabilitation Center offers the Norton Hospital Driving Assessment Program to individuals affected by neurological, orthopedic and developmental conditions and those who have experienced age-related changes in function. The program’s goals are to evaluate and help restore driving ability so you can return to safe, independent driving.
